Slow Stitching Sunday

I have added some more stitching to this snowflake mandala.  I love how it is coming along.  I love having the perfect thread for it.  Shopping through my stash gives me a lot of pleasure.  Seeing the things that haven't been seen for a while can give new ideas.

I am unsure what the next step is for this one.  But I think it needs some dark blue added to it.  Maybe a bit of white would also be good.  I am sure I will figure it out.

  4. That is really pretty! Are you using silver embroidery floss? The one time I tried it, it kept wanting to separate and shred on me. Do you have a strategy for avoiding that?

  6. Wool and snowflakes, pink and light purple... it's already lovely, but I am sure you will add some more fantastic things to this Mandala.
