Slow Stitching Sunday

 

I made progress on this scroll by adding some interesting fibres to it.  More circles of course.  I have so many interesting fibres and it is good to use them.  Sometimes parts of my stash get forgotten about.  I enjoy revisiting them and finding new ways to use them.  

This scroll is made up of fabric that I dyed, painted, printed etc.  It makes for an eclectic mix.  I am hoping that all the circles pull it together into something cohesive.

Slow Stitching Sunday

  I am on a scroll roll.  This is the second one I started this week.  I love the soft romantic feel of these pieces.  I love working with bright and cheerful colours but occasionally I have to play with a different set of colours.   These scrolls are coming together faster than I thought they would.  That also feels good.   Sometimes I need a project that can be completed quickly.
