Slow Stitching Sunday

 Hmm, I am not quite sure how the top blue and peach flower ended up in the finished pile.  It needs more work.  It is interesting how something can look finished to me and then later on it glaringly doesn't.  I am gaining quite the collection of these flowers.  They are so much fun to create.

I am thinking about printing some of the photos of these flowers.  I think it would be fun to use the paper copies in collages.  I recently learned that the artist David Hockney created a bouquet of flowers in art every day.  He then sent photos of them to friends so they could have fresh flowers every day!  What a lovely thing to do. I would like to do something similar.  Not sure that I could make it happen every day, though.
