Princess Bubbles Creates

A fresh bouquet on my table makes me smile.  Even though I have a marvelous macro lens I wanted to explore macro with my phone.  This is the best I could get.  I am not overly happy the macro on my phone but it was worth exploring.  And I may try it again but I definitely prefer my Nikon 105 lens. So the yellow beads were still feeling rather in my face.  I decided that if I added more yellow it all might come together.  I have added some silk ribbon roses in yellow to that end.  I think it is helping.  Still five more to stitch and then some more beads. Does experimentation count as work in progress?  I think so.  I have been playing with watercolors on coffee filters.  I like the results but they are not quite what I was hoping to achieve.  More play is necessary.  I can foresee myself beading on these.  They will need to be fused to an interfacing first. What a thrill it was for me to get to the Dale Chihuly exhibit at the Royal Ontario Museum.  His work is absolutely stunning.  This is a small part of the ceiling installation.  So beautiful!
